Currently we are B2B : institutional supply, but now we are moving are
focus to cater the end cunsumers directly.
We plan to grow 40 retail outlets from our currently existing 4 outlets
with bigger product basket,additional to this we are also looking online
delivery systems.
Our most aspired goal/dream is to have a unique milk delivery concept
which no dairy farm has till now. We want to deliver our customers
with the most trusted milk at their doorstep, by delivering raw chilled
milk with a bar code which gives information about the origin of the
milk that is being consumed from which animal, with that animal
history, and also its health status..

Sind. Our ambition is also to reach out to the end-consumer with quality products.
Our vision for the next few years
– Grow from 5 to 20 exclusive retail outlets in a span of 2 years
– Launch of new product categories such as natural yogurt, butter and cheese
– QR-coded packaged direct-to-home milk delivery system – Through this mechanism, the
consumer will get real-time information on the exact farm and the herds from which
their milk was sourced, by just scanning the QR-code through their mobile phones
